ACADEMIC

Find here information about and the submission requirements for Academic works.

What is Academic Writing?

Academic Writing are Non-Fiction or Fiction works done in an academic setting (usually high school or university jobs, though there are areas outside of schooling where Academic papers are written – normally in the STEM areas but there are Arts areas as well). Academic Writing, mostly done in the Non-Fiction department, can include the following formats: Essays (there are many different types), Short Answers, Research Papers, Comprehension, Speeches, and Reflections. Academic Fiction includes short stories and flash fiction done in an academic setting. Novels are also included though these are far less common relatively thinking.

General overviews of all works are available so long as they fall under the subjects and formats above. For fiction works, we recommend submitting through the ‘Fiction’ submission rules.

A more specific-based edit is available to the following subjects: English, Creative Writing, History (Modern and Ancient) and Culture, Geography, Personal Health and Development, Earth Sciences, and Social Studies.

Subjects such as Biology, Chemistry and Physics will only be accepted in the form of essays.

Mathematics will be automatically denied.

Please remember to add your due date to all Academic pieces and note that submissions provide with less than two (2) days until the due date will be automatically DENIED. We prefer that pieces be provided at a minimum of a (1) week in advance, though no less than two (2) weeks is preferred as this makes it easier for all parties involved.
